Ok, so it’s really, really, officially the New Year. The hangovers are behind us, the last Sunday brunch is done and dusted and here we are on the first Monday of 2016 ready to crush our goals and intend our intentions.
To help us all get back on track I find a good challenge never hurt anybody. Thankfully Nike has put together a sick 21 day challenge that was set up to start today! They know what’s up, nobody wants to start a fitness challenge on a Friday. AmIright????
So what’s the challenge all about? Simple, head on over to Nike.com, answer a few questions and they will pump out the perfect challenge for you. Then all you have to do is download the Nike + app, sync the program to your calendar and get moving! The calendar will tell you what workout to do on what day removing the confusion and getting you on track.
