We have all been wanting to check out Big Hit Studios for the longest time and we finally got the chance to check it out today!!!
After an intense weekend with birthdays and bachelorettes, there was no better way to get it out of our systems than to sweat it out; that’s exactly what we did with this kick ass workout (literally) where we did a variety of boxing.
Wearing the perfect combo- the Studio Perfect women’s capris that are lightweight and have a signature moisture transport system that keeps you dry and wearing the Armour Breath women’s sports bra, that is built for mid-impact support with power mesh panels for amazing breathability – we were suited perfectly for this intense and sweat inducing workout. Paired with their Micro G Limitless shoe, we were able to pivot, kick and bounce comfortably.
I have never boxed in my life and I although I knew it was going to be hard, I was not prepared for what we did. Our trainer Gidon, who is trained in Muay Thai and has personal training experience for over 16 years combined two workouts that had us using every muscle and movement of our bodies. It. Was. Intense!!!
We did combos where we punched, jabbed, smacked, kicked and kneed the dummy – all while keeping our form. This workout was no joke and we were all feeling it! Today’s Motivation Monday was exactly what we needed, and I now have a newfound respect for boxers- cuz this is not easy but, it was worth it!
