Motivation Monday: F45 Training

F45 - Coco and Halo

Yes it’s Monday. Yes it’s cold, but now is the time to get moving! We’ve all been eating and drinking a little more (because, tis’ the season) but, there is no reason to wait for the new year to get moving.

No matter the season, we are always looking for a challenge. We headed to F45 Liberty Village, the newest addition to the F45 family in Toronto for a workout that literally had us all out of breath within the first 30 seconds!

F45 is centered around group training, divided by stations that are guided by automated screens with pre-set workouts that change everyday, so you’ll never have the same workout twice!┬áPlus, you are only left 20 seconds between each station to catch your breath (dyyyinngg).

With the latest technology and trainers who are there to supervise, ensuring that you are doing your workouts correctly, F45 is focused on making you the best you can be and pushing you to get there.

For results and, to avoid injury, form is more important than speed (this is key!)

We paired up and ran through each circuit twice (laughing all the way through!). Apart from having each others as motivators, our trainers coached us through every workout. They were AMAZING!!!

Dying in the first 30 seconds quickly turned into strength with the encouragement of the amazing trainers and, of course, encouragement from one another.

We finished strong and felt better than we did when we started.
