Last year it was all about the pink pumpkins so this year I thought I’d switch it up and try something different… SILVER! I decided to continue my chevron obsession and do one feature pumpkin in the pattern and keep the rest pretty monochromatic. I used Krylon Chrome spray paint for all of the pumpkins and a few faux apples and FrogTape Painters tape to map out the chevron pattern. You can use faux pumpkins or real, I used real but chose white ones.
Get the Chevron look:
Map out your pattern with painters tape – FrogTape is the BEST for chevron – swear. Make sure you press the tape securely in place.
2. bring your pumpkin and spray paint to a well ventilated area (aka outside) and get spraying!
3. Once the paint has dried, carefully remove the tape and blah-dow! Chevron pumpkin city!
Happy Thanksgiving to all our Canadian readers! Hope you have a great weekend full of deliciousness.
