This recipe is for all my fellow non-bakers who want to make something sweet but can’t be bothered with the chemistry of true baking. It’s simply laters of cookies, whipped cream and Lotus Biscoff cookies (my biz partner, @halla’s kryptonite).
- Biscoff Cookies
- Whipping Cream
- Icing Sugar
- Biscoff Cookie Butter
- Whip cream
- layer your dish to the top alternating between, cookie, whipped cream, cookie butter, leaving the last layer as whipped cream and add a fancy design like I did (optional but check out the technique here). Oh and follow me on TikTok.
- Put cake in the fridge to allow cookies to soften for at least two hours (I kept it in overnight) and enjoy!
